The Palace On Wheels Maharaja Train is a joint venture between Ministry of Railways, Govt. Of India & Rajasthan Tourism Develpement Corporation. While the technical staff & mechanical equipment is provided by the Indian Railways; the onboard catering services & travel logisctics are managed by well experienced & professional staff of Rajasthan Tourism. Each Passenger Saloon has two attendants available round the clock at your service. There is seperate staff for Dining Car, Kitchen & Bar Car; under direct supervision of Bar Captain. Each day you will enjoy excursion trips in various new town & escorted by ASI licensed English Speaking Tour Guides.
There is an Asst. Manager on board for full 7 Nights trip to supervise the Day to Day Train Tour logistics & Senior Train Manager (at present Mr Vohra) on standby. The Delhi check-in formalities are handled by Mr Gaur & Mr chughani, under direct supervision of Senior Reservation Manager (at present Mr Sanjeev Sharma). The Managing Director of Palace On wheels sits in Jaipur (Rajasthan) 7 at present Mr Rakesh Saini.
