Heritage On Wheels - Tour Date

Maharaja Train Tour Bookings are accepted on Cabin Basis(similar to Hotel reservation) & all cabins have standard twin beds.Some cabins have option of additional bunker bed(Maximum 3 persons can be asdjusted in 1 Cabin)

Terms & Conditions
The Metre Gauge Heritage On Wheels Train Tour is a joint venture between Indian Railways & Rajasthan Tourism & there are strict terms & conditions for booking & cancellation etc.
1. The Heritage On Wheels Train will only operate subject to having minimum Ten Paying Passengers.
2. The Onboard Train Management reserves the right to curtail published tour & day excursions etc,on short notice,to suit local logistics -without any liability.
3. Disputes,IF ANY,are subject to juridiction of Courts of ONLY New Delhi(INDIA).

BOOKING PROCEDURE (HOW Train)
(Amended on 10th May,2007)
(a) Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of names of all the passengers with nationality & minimum 20% advance deposit.
(b) Balance/Full amount must reach atleast 35 days before HOW train depart date
(c) We require passport details of all the passengers to issue E-ticket (viz.Name/nationality/Passport Number/Place of issue/date of issue)

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE : (HOW Train Tour)
(Amended on 10 May,2007)
(i) Cancellation will be processed only after receipt of written request.
(ii) Minimum 5% cancellation charge levy on full value of train tour ticket,if cancellation request received more than 60 days before depart date
(iii) Minimum 20% cancellation charge levy on full value of train tour ticket,if cancellation request received between 30-60 days before depart date.
(iv) Minimum 50% cancellation charge levy on full value of train tour ticket,if cancellation request received between 15-30 days before depart date.
(v) 100% cancellation charge levy on full value of train tour ticket,if cancellation request received 15 days & less before depart date.
(vi) Requests for change in passenger names or depart dates will not be entertained & treated as cancellation of booking.
