no insurance policy to cover Palace on wheels luxury Train Tour.

& CONDITIONS
Booking Procedure for 7 Nights Palace On Wheels Train Tour(POW)
(1) Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of names of all the passengers
with nationality & minimum 50% advance deposit.
(2) Balance/Full amount must reach atleast 65 days before POW train depart
date
(3) We require passport details of all the passengers to issue E-ticket
(viz.Name/nationality/Passport Number/Place of issue/date of issue)
Mode of Payment
After you have been informed that booking is available on your travel date
of preference; Payment can be forwarded within TIME LIMIT Period intimated
by
1. By Swift Bank Wire Transfer (details available on request).
OR
2. By Online Visa/MasterCard Authorization (note: We charge 3% credit card
processing fee extra)
OR
3. E-Transfer of funds using Bank IFSC Code(details available on request)
OR
4. Any other method,mutually acceptable.
Palace On Wheels Train Tour Cancellation Rules
1. Cancellation will be processed only after receipt of written request.
2. Minimum 5% cancellation charge levy on full value of train tour
ticket,if cancellation request received more than 60 days before depart date
3. Minimum 20% cancellation charge levy on full value of train tour
ticket,if cancellation request received between 30 to 60 days before depart
date.
4. 100% cancellation charge levy on full value of train tour ticket,if
cancellation request received 30 days before depart date.
5. Requests for change in Passenger Names OR Depart dates will not be
entertained & treated as cancellation of booking.
6. Booking of part journey OR Curtailment of journey,for whatsover reason
,will be charged on full 7 nights tour basis.
NOTE :
# The Onboard Management of Palace on Wheels Train Tour reserves the right
to curtail/amend local tours & excursions, at short notice for
logistical reasons,without liability.
# Disputes(if any) are subject to jurisdiction of Courts of New
Delhi(India) only.
