Report by 7 30 a.m. at Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station for traditional welcome & check-in formalities of Maharajas Express. Train departs by 9 a.m. Breakfast & lunch is on board.
Lunch on-board by 13:00 hrs.
Arrival in Jaipur by around 15:00 hrs.
Proceed for excursion to UNESCO World Heritage Site of 16th century built Amber Fort Palace
Return to the comforts of the train. Dinner onboard as the train is stationed overnight in Jaipur.
After sumptuous breakfast, proceed for excursion to 18th century built City Palace Galleries.
Return to Maharaja Express for Lunch.
Post lunch - option to be at leisure on board the train OR avail optional tours.
Evening proceed for dinner at Hotel Rambagh Palace.
Return to the luxury train departs for Sawai Madhopur.

- Visit Sun Dial (Jantar Mantar).
On arrival at Sawai Madhopur Railway Station, proceed for excursion to Jungles of Ranthambhore - the private hunting ground of the erstwhile Maharajas. Possible sighting of the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. Also, sambar, chital, nilgai, chinkara, wild boar, sloth bear,hyena, jackal and leopard. Return to train and enjoy breakfast and lunch on board. Depart onwards.
Afternoon visit UNESCO World Heritage Site of Fatehpur Sikri Palace Town, built in red sandstone in the late 16th century & abandoned within 20 years of it’s construction Due to water scarcity. This deserted Mughal City, offers imposing gateways, grandiose halls and beautifully sculptured palaces. Return to the Maharajas Express train for dinner as it departs.
Early morning visit One of seven wonders of Modern World, The Taj Mahal; constructed entirely out of white marble, an architectural masterpiece featuring beautiful inlay work and marble screens. This is followed by another exclusive event, a champagne breakfast, at Taj Khema, overlooking the Taj Mahal, and is set atop a hillock. Later return to comforts of Maharajas Express for Lunch. Afternoon either at leisure Or Avail Optional Tours.Dinner on board & Train departs from Agra at Night.

After early breakfast, deboard at Jhansi Railway Station at 0730 hrs for excursion to Mid -16th Century built Fort town of Orchha. & discover its charms. Visit Orchha Fort followed by a Village Tour by Tuk Tuks. Then return to comforts of Maharajas Express as it departs. Lunch is served on-board at around 12:00 hrs.
Visit the famous Erotic Kama Sutra Western group of Temples. Return to the comforts of Maharajas Express or avail optional tour activities. Dinner on board & train departs late night for Varanasi.

Breakfast on board & Train arrives in Varanasi by Noon. On arrival proceed to Taj Ganges (or similar 5 Star Hotel) for lunch, followed by excursion to Sarnath- where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon 2500 years ago and then a brief visit to Silk Weaving Centre.
In the late afternoon, enjoy Boat Ride in Holy Ganges River to witness magical lamp immersion ceremony. Later return back to comforts of Maharajas Express for dinner as the train departs from Varanasi.
Breakfast onboard. Train reaches Safdarjung Railway Station, Delhi by 12:30 hrs. Your royal journey comes to an end.

Booking Procedure
- Advice preferred date of journey with cabin type & number of passengers.
- We require Name/Nationality/Date of Birth/Passport Numbers of all the passengers to process booking request.
- Booking will be confirmed on receipt of MINIMUM 30% advance deposit of Ticket Value.
- Balance Payment must reach us at least 70 days before tour depart.
- Booking request made less than 70 days before tour depart, will be confirmed on receipt of one time full deposit of ticket value.
- Payment can be made by Bank Wire transfer OR Online Credit Card Authorization.
- To issue Travel documents, we require Passport Copy of all passengers & Reservation Form.
- Advice interest to Book Hotels in New Delhi & Mumbai or customized package tours pre/post train tour journey.
- Passengers are advised to pre-book Tour Insurance from country of origin of travel.
Cancellation Terms
- Royal Indian Trains Company is Authorized Booking Agent of Train Operator (IRCTC) & our liability is limited to that of Booking Agent Only.
- All requests for cancellation must be made in writing & acknowledged by us.
- Minimum 30% of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee if booking cancelled > 65 days before tour depart.
- Minimum 55% of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee if booking Cancelled between 64 days to 50 days before tour depart.
- Full 100% of ticket value will be charged as cancellation fee if booking cancelled < 49 days before tour depart.
- Request for Change in Passenger Name/Journey Date as per IRCTC policy.
- All overseas refunds ,as per cancellation policy are subject to rules & regulations of Reserve Bank Of India.
- Royal Indian Trains reserves the right to deduct US$ 100 bank processing fee to process overseas funds & will be refunded in equivalent INR Rupees as per amount received.
- Train Tour Operator (IRCTC) reserves the right to cancel the scheduled depart if occupancy is less & refund the advance received (with NO further liability).
